Feast of St Francis of Assisi 2017

Oct 04, 2017: St Anne's Friary celebrated the Feast of St Francis of Assisi in the presence of all the benefactors, friends and well wishes. Fr Melwyn, the guardian presided over the holy Eucharist and preached a beautiful homily. He mentioned the significance of St Damiano's Cross and the concept of blessing that St Francis expressed while buildings the church.

After the holy Eucharist a festal gathering was held in the mini hall. Fr Vinod Mascarenas and Fr Sathish Fernandes introduced their social work ministry to the benefactors and friends gathered. Sumptuous dinner was served.
